Happy New Year!

Welcome 2008! Finally I have a new post again... After the season's craze, now I have a chance to greet my visitors and friends a blessed and happy new year! How's your vacation guys? Was it fun? Gosh! This is really the most expensive and most hectic season. But then, it's the most enjoyable of all..

Anyways, I almost got bankrupt this christmas. I spent almost 400 bucks for the gifts only. And i didn't even give gifts to the kids in here. Hmnn.. but then I received gifts too in which I really didn't expect! And guess what.? the same old feeling was still in me. I just can't wait to open my presents. If only I can pull the day to Dec. 30th coz that's the time that my dad will be home.

Enough for the gift things, I really wanna share how I spent the season here in states. It's my first christmas and it's really sad. My mom worked, my dad is not yet in home, yet my 3 brothers were with me. What we did was went to our friend's house, spent few hours, then went home. It's eally not that fun. I didn't even hear a single firework, and i didn't hear any carolers singing in the street and in every home. I just miss them. I miss my friends and the cantata thing in which we regularly do every year, my relatives, my grandpa, my boi.. I just miss everything in Philippines. It's just that I'm in states now and that is the FACT!

For the newyear.? It's better! About 6 or 7 filipino families gathered in our place. We just had a little food preparation. Well, we just can't help but talk about our homeland. But it's really not that bad coz I spent my newyear with my family, and the presence of our friends made me feel that im HOME! Anyways, it's not the distance that really matters; but it's the heart that always remembers.

I took pictures on the gifts I received.. here they are..

Thankyou to: My mom and dad; The Schlenker, Ruggles, Hagan, Mudd, and Blotz  family; tita Lorena's, Joy's, Elen's family; and ate Marilou. (if you can't see the gift that you gave me, maybe it's on the laundry.. hehe..) Thankyou for the gifts.. I really appreciate it.. (I included my birthday presents in the pictures)....

Newyear's resolution..? Well, only one thing: Minimize drinking of soda, caffeinated or not! :)

Happy New Year guyz.. Takecare and Godbless!!!
